Shipping Policy for Ragdoll Kittens

At Ragdoll Kittens, we understand that bringing home a new furry family member is an exciting and cherished moment. To ensure a smooth and safe delivery of our Ragdoll kittens to their new homes, we have established a comprehensive shipping policy that prioritizes the well-being of our kittens and provides transparency to our customers.

Shipping Methods:
We offer shipping options through reputable and professional pet transport services. These services specialize in handling live animal shipments and adhere to strict industry standards for animal welfare during transportation.

Health Certification:
Before a kitten is shipped, we ensure that they are in optimal health. Each kitten is examined by a licensed veterinarian and provided with a health certificate stating that they are free from any contagious diseases or health concerns. This certificate is included in the shipment to provide assurance to our customers.

Travel Arrangements:
Once a kitten is ready to be shipped, we work closely with the pet transport service to make all necessary travel arrangements. This includes scheduling the most suitable and efficient route for the kitten’s journey, taking into consideration weather conditions and any specific requirements for the kitten’s comfort.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated based on the destination, transportation method, and any additional services requested. We strive to provide competitive and fair shipping rates while ensuring the safety and well-being of our kittens. Our Standard shipping fee is $150 across states within the country and $500 across countries(Internationally). We also have careful handling of the kitten where the Kitten will be accompanied by an individual through out delivery to your home. This will cost  $500 across states and $900 Internationally.

Delivery Time-frame:
The delivery time-frame may vary depending on the destination and transportation method. We will provide an estimated delivery date to the customer once the travel arrangements have been confirmed. However, please note that unexpected circumstances such as weather delays or travel restrictions may occasionally impact the delivery schedule. We will keep our customers informed throughout the shipping process to minimize any inconveniences.

Communication and Support:
We believe in maintaining open lines of communication with our customers throughout the shipping process. Our team will provide regular updates on the kitten’s journey, including tracking information, and will be available to address any concerns or questions that may arise.
